We are based in Cumbria, in the North-West of England where we have traded successfully for over 17 years. From here our creations have travelled to every corner of the world, as close as Europe and as far as Australia, Canada and USA.

Embroidery and one off orders

If you would like a personalised design created especially for you - drop us a line and we will do our best to help. Charges for the embroidery vary depending on the complexity of the pattern and stitch count. If you are looking for something you don't see on our website, please email to request an estimate.

Delivery

Delivery charges vary depending on the product. Most of our orders are posted within 2-3 days. We now offer a Global Priority shipping option which usually guarantees your order will arrive within 5 working days anywhere in the world.

Payment

Payment is through Paypal at the moment, although we do also accept BAC trasfers (please ask for details) and we are looking into introducing other forms of payment soon. Your order will be automatically dispatched to the Paypal registered address unless otherwise requested. Please check that your delivery address is correct on a confirmation email you will receive after placing your order.

Refunds

Personalised orders can not be refunded unless are faulty. In which case the contact has to be made and the faulty item returned before the Christening/Baptism/Birthday date if applicable.

Ebay Customers

Lyubove products are advertised through a number of websites including Ebay. The Ebay website does not allow enough personalisation options for our products and that is why we encourage you to purchase directly. This saves time and your order is recorded directly in our database and without the need for additional invoices.
